I speak about the places where technology, mobility, communication, organizations, and human behavior intersect—often focusing on the questions professionals should be asking before making decisions.

My approach draws on a career that has included journalism, public information, parking and transportation operations, technology, consulting, writing, and professional education. That range of experience allows me to approach subjects from multiple perspectives while keeping presentations practical and relevant to the people doing the work.
